Passar pelo coador de voal (panela furada) - caso não tenha, utilize um coador comum (ficará com fibras, no entanto). Retornar essa água estruturada ao liquidificador, acrescentar o suco do limão, a salsinha e as folhas do hortelã. Coar com o coador feito com o tecido de voal.  Retornar o água desses alimentos ao liquidificador.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Acrescentar:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;. 2 folhas grandes de couve (ou outras verduras de folha escura)&lt;br /&gt;. 1/2 molho de salsinha / coentro&lt;br /&gt;. hortelã&lt;br /&gt;. gengibre (pedaço pequeno)&lt;br /&gt;. 1 C. sopa linhaça hidratada (colocar na água durante a noite)&lt;br /&gt;. 1 punhado de semente de girassol germinada, ou amêndoas hidratadas ou castanha do pará hidratada&lt;br /&gt;. 1 inhame&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bater tudo! O Leite de Semente de Girassol foi extraido minutos antes de bater a vitamina.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para extrair o leite: a Semente de Girassol é hidratada - durante a noite - e germinada no dia seguinte. Durante a germinação, lavar as sementes pelo menos três vezes ao dia. Boa hora de utilizá-la é quando o narizinho estiver saindo pela casca.  Lavar bem antes de bater no liquidificador.  O leite pode ser feito tanto com um copo de água mineral, ou água de coco - um toque um tanto especial.  Bater as sementes (dois punhados), mesmo com casca, com um copo de água (mineral ou de coco) e meia maçã para dar um gostinho especial.  Utilizar o coador de voil para extrair o leite, fazendo com que qualquer parte da casca seja separada.
